I vote you find her some .380 ammo....soon.
My Grandmother lived about 4 miles from town. Into her 90's, she used to sleep with a 32 automatic under the pillow.
Get her the ammo.

You may be able to find some on Gunbroker.com, but you'll probably pay through the nose for it. But, I know someone that might trade you some for 209 shotgun primers. PM me.

Ammobuy.com seems to at least list what is available. It is pricey these days, but you can find it if you keep looking.
