Picked up this tag off a craigslist ad this morning for a small window I have to go hunting next week. Last second thing.
Never hunted this area before and know its not a premium unit, but, its a chance to go hunting. If anyone has any experience with this deer hunt on public land I would appreciate any input you have. Willing to put in the miles away from roads, actually prefer it. Understand there will be lots of hunters and a OTC elk hunt going on as well and majority of deer are on private and Rez this time of year.
That being said, hopefully there is some roadless country that may hold some deer this time of year.
