Hi guys, I'll be heading up to 4a in a few days for my 12 yr old son's first elk hunt so I was hoping to hear from any of the archery hunters to see how things went this year and if the elk seemed to be in similar areas as in past years. I've been helping youth tag holders in that unit for the last 10 years but nobody I knew drew last year and with the horrible 2020 monsoon and the awesome one this year I'm curious if it changed their patterns at all. I've had no time to scout due to coaching my son's football team, but I will be up to scout for the couple days before the season at least and I'm hoping my old spots still hold some elk. If anyone feels like chiming in or sending me a PM I'd be happy to hear any perspectives. Cheers! -Luke
