...hamburger was the meal de jour last night. Made two thin patties & sandwiched chopped raw onions, pickled jalapenos & two types of Mexican cheeses between them. During cooking, added some splashes of worcestershire sauce & melted chipolte herb butter. Added a mix of BBQ sauce & horseradish for consumption phase.

The onion rings were frozen ones we decided to try. They were okay, but nowhere near as good as the real thing.

In a way, yes; in a way, no. The majority of my meals are actually fairly mundane & uncomplicated. Most folks wouldn't think a burger would come from the royal kitchen.

I'm really a meat-&-potato sort with a splash of fishy stuff added for variety. Then throw a few Italian & Mexican creations in now & them, and I'm content.
