...omelette with sides of bacon, chorizo, fries, toast & a Snappy V8. The omelet contained mixed shredded cheeses, ham, jalapenos, onions & cilantro, with chopped green onions, cilantro and hot salsa on top.

No different than my other fries -- in the deep fryer. I just slice them different.
