...parmesan with a twist. Made it the usual way by breading & browning the breasts in a fry pan, but before baking I added a some sliced mushrooms, along with the mozarella cheese & tomato sauce. After an appetizer of calamari with a tangy red sauce, the chicken parm was served with scoops of angel hair pasta, a crispy bolillo with garlic butter & a glass of vino.
