...steer last night as a juicy T-bone w/peppercorn sauce and other goodies, including a nice glass of zinfandel.

T-Bones are my Favorite.
My 3nd. Much prefer a filet first & a rib next. But I buy steaks by price a lot. Any time I see ribs, T-bones or NYs at $4 or less, I grab some. For filets, I normally pay less than $7 per lb. by buying a whole tenderloin & cutting thm myself. As a result, I usually can pick one type or another from a good assortment in the freezer.
