Problem is he can drop the charges when he wants and it won't go to court. That will probably be what happens next

It would be nice to get this settled in federal court, but Iron Bar are fools to not drop this case. Hopefully he is arrogant enough to continue, but the damage is done. What prosecutor in Wyoming will take a cc case now?

And if a landowner tries to obstruct a corner, that's headed right back to federal court with the private landowner the defendant.
