? About new carbon risers

I think I am going to retire my bow, I have a hoyt magna tech that I purchased 2 years ago and i want to go lighter. I was just wondering if anyone has shot those new carbon riser bows from high country, cause I am going to buy one. I get tired of packing my bow around even thoe its pretty light (3.5 pounds or so ) I want lighter.

New? No there not new they have been around since the early 90's maybe even earlier.
From what I understand they are light and quiet.
