Ahi is Hard to Beat

Wife wanted to finish off the Italian leftovers. Gave me an excuse to go dumpster diving in the bottom of HER freezer. Found 3 tiny little Ahi filets. What's a boy to do??? Eat your heart out, Red Lobster. Any country boy can make garlic cheddar biscuits!!

Looks like a great meal. Cooked perfect also. Ahi is delicious when cooked right.
