We have one of the most unique areas in Canada for hunting Black Bears, with both Spot and Stalk only and Baited areas to hunt out of the same camp. we have bordering hunting units, one unit is spot and stalk only hunting by law, the other unit allows baiting. Not many places a hunter can go that offers both opportunities out of the same camp location.

With large 7'+ bears in the area it makes for great hunting, we have a 100% shot opportunity rate on these hunts with a 100% success rate in previous seasons. we also have one of the highest percentages of color phase bears in Northern Alberta roughly 25-30%. Hunters can choose to use any non restricted weapon of their choosing to hunt with, a wolf hunting license is included and both our areas are 2 bear areas! what does this mean? it means every hunter can harvest 2 bears, 1 bear is included in the hunt price and a second is available on a trophy fee. we have a comfy full amenities wall tent camp with power, showers, camp cook, a quick drive to the town of Slave Lake that has everything a person could want. Hunters can also go fishing on this hunt after May 15th.

Spot and Stalk Hunters can expect to be hunting oil leases and lease roads, clear cuts, cut lines, meadows and feeding areas.
Baited Hunters will be sitting in treestand or blind over our established bait sites that many bears have grown up on.

Select dates left available for 2020 or May 23-30th. prime time bear dates. send us a pm for the price and lets get you up to enjoy Northern Alberta in the spring time!
