I recently wrote Alpen the following message;

I have an Alpen window mount for spotting scopes. On a recent antelope hunt
the top portion which tightens the head broke. Is there a way to get it
replaced?

One day later I get this reply;

Thank you for your inquiry. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We
will send you a replacement window mount today, free of charge. Thank you
for choosing Alpen Optics, we value you as a customer.


Just wanted MM folks to know how well Alpen treats customers. I will look to them for products in the future.
 
+1 It's what I have been using for 10 years now. Binos and spotter. Best glass for the money,and then some IMHO.
 
Had a last minute issue with a rifle scope. It was a only a day or so before the hunt. I called and they had me a scope fed ex'ed overnight. Next day.
I was blown away. Great Glass from a Great Company.
