Hey, just thought I would give you my two cents on the topic.....Currently I'm in college and unable to afford expensive optics (go figure), but I have owned two sets of alpin bino's, and have no complaints at all. I have compared them up against all of my buddies bino's, and they were just as good if not better! Bang for your buck they have to be the best set of glass I have ever owned. The bino's I have currently are very crisp and clear, I have never had a problem with them. They work well in low light, I'm sure not quiet as good as the high dollar brands, but good enough for me! The best advice I could give you is to go to the largest store you can find and just look through it, and compare it to other brands. So that's my two cents, hope it helped you out in some way!
