Already dropping in Montana

Went out this afternoon and found 5 sheds already. It’s crazy they are dropping already. Anyone out there seeing this?

You always get a few early droppers. Very common to find whitetails in Dec. I just saw a bull elk shed on the elk refuge in wyo a few days back. I watched a mule deer buck drop an antler Christmas morning one year too.

Not unusual to find fresh whitetail antlers in Dec. The earliest I have found one was Dec 14. Almost always find a few by the first of the year, but most will drop in Jan and some will pack them into Feb. One buck I followed kept his antlers late. Lived to 8 years old and always dropped the first week of April.
