...dinner last night. Cooked up one of the $2.99 per lb. corned beefs with an orange glaze, added a mixture of cabbage, carrots & onions & some roasted red taters with jalapenos. Even though it was a point cut, it was really tender. The leftover will make for some super Reubens this week.
