Andouille Poppers

Feeling experimental, and wanting to bring the heat. Get those great big jalapeños that seem too big to do anything with. Cut an andouille sausage in half lengthwise, and stuff a slice of pepper jack cheese inside. Then slide the whole thing into the pepper, and wrap with bacon. How could you go wrong?? Add a couple of hard-boiled or deviled eggs to tone it down if needed. Voila!

What you have there is going to be bad for your hunting buddy the next day.
Tastes good going down but kinda bad when it comes out. LOL
