Another pizza night...

...with one of my low-tide specials. In addition to my usual sauce, mozzarella, onions, mushrooms, bacon & sausage, my half included some chopped black olives.

And...I started off by sliding a few of the slimy critters with lemon & hot sauce down my gullet. ;)

I need a GOOD crust Recipe!!
This is what I use.

Ingredients

1 cup warm water
2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 ½ cups flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Place warm water in a bowl; add yeast and sugar. Mix and let stand about 10 minutes. Add flour, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture; beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Put dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll it to about 1/2" thick (my preference!). Put on a slightly greased pizza pan & pre-bake for 5 mins. Remove, add sauce & preferred toppings. Bake another 12-15 mins. or until edges are brown.
