Bighorn sheep return to Antelope Island
ANTELOPE ISLAND — The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources released 25 Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep on Antelope Island Wednesday afternoon, hoping to establish a new herd.

I think it's the most promising move we've been able to make in the Utah sheep scene in a long time.
If you have a choice to hunt a Cali ram or a Rocky ram, which will you choose?
We have a similar group of Cali rams on the Newfy's that we can draw transplants from if needed, but now we can pull from the new Island herd for Rocky stock.
