Some guys around here sell them. Many trappers prefer their meat for bucket sets so the carcasses hold some value. If you wanted to buy one, I could ask around to see if someone is willing.

Your local fish and game might be able to put you in contact with someone close by who is trapping beaver now. That way you should get a fresh one.
