Anybody hunting lions now?

Anybody taking advantage of the open season on lions which started May 3rd?

I was hoping one would try to sneak in on me while I was hunting turkeys this week. Didn't happen.

Did see a few tracks over the weekend and a couple bear hunters but nothing killed.

Nope. I've only ever seen one cougar when I just out and about. Without dogs, they are very difficult to locate and get a shot at. I have chased them with dogs before when I was in high school half a lifetime ago and we treed two in the same day.

I’ve got a lifetime cougar license, after all!

So, do I need only a combination license?

What about my minors?
