Anyone scout 55 high country lately???

I have been out in 55 and I am seeing more bucks than last year but not as many as I was seeing in 07...

Also not the same quality as 06 and 07 but I have seen a few very good bucks. Seems some young ones need a year or two to grow..

Thanks, that's kind of what I expected. Another two or three years and it should be back, unless another tough winter comes along.

Didn't unit 54 and 55 get hit really hard last winter? DOW took off the 4th hunt of the season. Here I am with 13 pts.

I think they still gave 3 permits for the fourth season this year.

I do not think they have a fourth season this year. I put in for pref. pt. just due to the fact that they had taken away the fourth season.
