Application Donation

So I thought I'd pad the turkey application this year with a little donation to the dwr coyote control efforts. When the application was complete it said thanks for the donation, that it'd go towards improving habitat???

With my lack of coyote success this year I think we may have to start a conservation fund for coyotes. I'm not seeing much.

So I wonder what the story is. Is money donated for coyote control being used for "habitat" projects or what.

The "habitat" is improved when there are fewer coyotes!
Hence, it's habitat improvement! LOL
