Archery success in Unit 7W

Just wanted to share the results of a very tough archery elk hunt in Unit 7W this September.

Brien Helm came all the way from Wisconsin with friend Durrell Martin for this hunt!

We hunted hard for 9 days passing on a few 6x6 bulls when he decided to take this bull. Congrats Brien!

I was walking back to get the truck when he called this bull in to 30 yards broadside.

Shot was a little far back but he was located deceased abou t220 yards from where he had been shot!
