Are BLM Lands State Parks?

So NR are not allowed at state parks. I am glad I didnt draw unit 38 elk. But for the antelope hunters this shouldn't include BLM lands right?

On a side note, so if you call your disobeying of the law a BLM protest like the other protesters, can you hunt BLM while protesting BLM?

Not positive, but I don't think blm will fall under state parks.

State parks are owned and managed by the state. BLM land is owned and managed by the feds.

If they’re in the Carson National Forest, they are fed. If they’re in a state park, then it’ll be ran by the state govt. Usually campgrounds around lakes or rivers are state. That I’ve noticed anyway...

Cimarron and McCrystal are both administrated by the USFS.

BLM are public FEDERAL lands out of the jurisdiction of the state. US Dept of the Interior.

USFS are heritage lands out of the jurisdiction of the state. US Dept of Agriculture.

The only thing Lil' Hitler would do is instruct NM Game and Fish to postpone/cancel hunts out of spite...
