Aspen conditions in 1st rifle NW CO

Will be hunting 1st season around Glennwood Springs and was just wondering if the aspens will have dropped there leaves by then or will will they still on?

I hunted in unit 33 several years ago during the first rifle season and most were gone, some still hanging on, but most of them gone.

It depends on a number of conditions. Fall drought will cause them to drop early as will a early, hard freeze. Most likely you'll have conditions like Completesportsman said.
