Awesome Sandwiches and Fries Tonight

We had a bag of buns left, so the girls voted for sandwiches. I got out one of the packages of pulled pork for them and some shrimp for me. What a great quick dinner, BBQ and po' boys!! To be wild and funky, I coated my shrimp in Grey Poupon mustard (instead of plain yellow), then dredged them in my fried chicken blend of wheat flour and spices. Awesome combo's!!! I hunted antelope in the desert for 12 hours today, forgot all my food, and lived on coffee the entire time. yes, I did eat BOTH sandwiches!!!

That looks wonderful, and I bet it's great! Its funny, any AK or BC moose that I've had has been as good as beef. The Shiras we have here are tougher than a Vibram sole on your boot!

I agree. I’m not much of a fan of Shiras but Alaska moose are yummy!
