AZ Draw

Has only one else had problems with AZ portal? I tried for over a week, on 8 different occasions, 5.5 hrs on hold not counting the 4 disconnections. I finally got through to Andy today after 55 minutes on hold today she was a sweetheart I told her want was going and she calmly says “Easy Fix!”! I told her I loved her! The problem was when the Portal can out I went to sign up etc and it created a new acct for me so I had 2 accts.
This Portal they have is a piece of Dog Sh$t! I know the they’re having so much problem again because during one of my attempt reaching someone it said you can go straight to draw for tag instead of go to portal!

When the front end is that sketchy, it doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in the back end.
