Base map app

I use it. It was cheaper than OnX, especially with a Fathers Day discount I got.

It works great for me. No complaints. Lots of layers, you can do offline maps, and plenty of 'markers' and other features. I use it several times per year is all, not weekly or anything.

I got it recently to use with the new Sig rangefinder that pairs with it using bluetooth for ultimate cheating, marking spots on the map that you just ranged- this is very useful hunting in checkerboard land. I like Onx better but maybe just because I have used it more.

I used OnX chip in my GPS and it worked fine for landownership. I have Basemap on my phone and used it last fall on a bear hunt and it worked pretty good. I still prefer an actual gps for navigation but the aerial photos are great on phone.
