Best hunt with 10 Non-Resident deer points?

What units would be the best areas to burn 10 Non-Res deer points? A friend of mine, also a non-res hunted region G back in 2010 and he thinks we should go there. Said they counted over 65 4 pointers in 3 days of hunting before they tagged out. I'm skeptical as all I've read recently is how bad its gotten. I tell him guys are hunting harder and going further in than ever before. I just want to make the most of the points. I'm willing to wait for a good draw tag if need be.
