I Know this has been Brought up a few times over the years!

Wondering if anything Newer is any better?

Looking at getting some better Radio's that Work in the Hills/Mountains & Line of Sight?

No,I'm Not Talking the 50.00-100.00 Kind!

Wondering if there's any out there that actually Work Good in the Mountains?

I bought some Baofengs (spelling?) early last year and have been extremely impressed. I’ve talked to hunting partners in the bottom of canyons multiple miles away. Everyone that I’ve hunted with that’s used my radios has ended up buying some for themselves. I want to say I only payed $30-$40 a piece on Amazon for them as well. They are definitely better than any other radio I’ve used.

I've been using these Motorola CP200's for years, they are what a lot of outfitters use.

Bess might remember this.....Stinkystomper and one of my guides were coming off Bullrush peak in the dark and I was taking their order at a Subway sandwich in Panguitch on these radios.
Pretty amazing devices, but very pricey.
