We had a ban for 10 years supported by Reagan and somehow we survived. and we had a hell of a lot less mass shootings .

Can Biden or anyone else do anything about it ? not really. there are millions of " man cards " out there that horse has left the barn. but as in the case of the whack job who shot up the grocery store last week he legally bought his man card the week before. so all we can say is we've tried nothing and it's not working.

Ultimately it need to go to the supreme court for a ruling. they clearly stated in the Heller decision what was legal but they did not include assault rifles intentionally. if the constitution says they're legal then end the debate and wait for the next blood bath. if it says they're not then end the debate , replace the ban and wait for the next blood bath.

In the end it makes little difference it's more just a matter of how much humor people can find in all of it once the law has been established.
