A little preparation goes a long way. We decided on grilled burgers again, but with vine ripened tomatoes, Vidalia onions, toasted buns and bacon! Much better. Yes, they started out as a double, but I didn't even taste the first one!!!
Alright Blank, you hit for the stadium on those ! Vidalia and Stackers ! Is fhat Pepper Jack Chese ? I used Oaxacan Cheese on burgers and some mild Jalapeños and topped off with smoked Brisket. It was good.
