Big boys up and moving yet?

I'm heading out on Monday the 2nd for 2 weeks of chasing Mulies around the Fort Benton/ Big SAndy area. I was wondering how the rut is shaping up out there. Are the big boys up and moving? CAn't wait to get there!!!

I'm not in that direct area, but I think it should be going pretty good that second week you're there. First week might be a bit slow though.

Im not in that area either but usually the 2nd week of november to the end of november can be a good time to hunt.

I was out Sunday and saw a small 2 x 3 and small 2 year old 4 pt sparring and following a group of 8 does. Then I ran into a group of 8 bucks with the two smallest of the group of 8 sparring as well.

The big boys aren't thinking of action yet (IMHO), but last year on the 5th they were....so, I would say the 5th to the 15th will be primetime for muley love.

Here in id they are starting. I jumped a good buck yesterday that was trailing does. saw another bedded with does and the day before i saw a good buck with two does and a fawn. yesterday he had 11 does and fawns
