Kids coming in from Colorado, food in the oven and ribs cooking. Might have enough leftover bones to assemble a Halloween skeleton!!!

Except for running out of gas in the middle, and having to change bottles, it went pretty good!! Idaho fries are great. Sure made a big pile of bones, and the kids loved it!!!

Yes, gas grill. Only 1-2 burners, out of the 4. Keeping temp really low around 200, and use the grill mats for the first half to keep from burning bones.
