We got a jar of mango habanero glaze and Japanese bbq sauce from Costco, so I did a little experimenting. Spatcocked a corninsh hen and brined it and a couple duck legs for 24 hours. Marinated the duck in the bbq sauce for 30 minutes and threw everything in the GMG pellet smoker for 2 hours, glazing the hen with the mango habanero sauce. Seared on the gas grill. My better half made cowboy caviar and macaroni salad. It paired really well with a bottle of Sicilian Alta Mora wine!
