These have been trying times for everyone, and when both of your sons call and, will be in town for dinner and visiting, it's time to kill the fatted calf!! The one is the firefighter, and the other is from the California fires at Tahoe, that got his home saved.

What better reason to buy a $100 worth of prime rib-eyes and build a short-notice feast! Steak, giant Pink shrimp, baked potatoes, Caesar salad, and an awesome Pinot Noir!!

I aspire to eat plates like that several times a year. Making it myself as you have done, is the best way. Sometimes the beef has been grained out better, and it's so good it is naughty.
