Everyone had to same idea as you huh? Well next weekend hit Wyoming. Less people I bet!

Yeah, a buddy asked me to head down there with him and told him to have fun. I’m old enough to know better. Deer sheds just don’t do it for me anymore. I’m hooked on the elk sheds. Got a few good spots left for those. Hoping to find a day or two this spring to get out. Work has been very demanding lately.

Went out to a spot in the Books that one year we had a season for sheds open on April 1st. Found a 3 point antler. My dad found a small 4 point. Id love to spend time there, but a 5 hour drive is a lot for antlers, especially since they're spread all over kingdom come. LOL

The worst was there were 4 wheeler tracks EVERYWHERE. All through sage and cedars... I figured them CO boys across the border must have made a haul before April 1st that year. LOL
