Boot Question? Specifically Lowa

In your guys' opinion, do your (top end $$) boots seem to shrink up a bit or stretch a bit over time?? I recently bought some Lowa GTX in a 1/2 size and thinking they may feel a bit big??

I’ve been using Lowas since 2010 and have never seen them stretch. I have had a couple sets after years of abuse shrink up a little bit.

My Lowa’s alway shrink, in part because I have very sweaty feet. Don’t leave sweated up boots in the car trunk during how weather, that will accelerate shrinkage, ask my how I know...

Give your boots a good slap, that usually fixes shrinkage. Oh wait, I may be thinking of something else.

I think it depends on the boot from Lowa? But almost all my “all” leather boots, including the Tibet Hi, and LL Renegades, have shrunk a bit over the years...
That’s pretty much gone with all the higher quality “all” leather boots I’ve bought.

All my lowas have shrunk over years, my last pair seemed like they were built sloppy and the foot bed loosened up, I beleive they did loosen up

Slip in another set of insoles and see how they fit. Should tighten things up for ya.
