Here's what we did for our bottle meat. It keeps it so you can use it in a lot of different meals and makes great sandwiches.

Cut meat into 1x1 squares and pack quart bottles tight to the neck of the bottle. Then a pinch of Paula Deens house seasoning. Put the lids on and follow cooking directions for your pressure cooker.

Some people like to put more in, add some onions, garlic, teriyaki, soy, etc. I didn't do that because I didn't want to have to use it for a specific meal. You can always add it in when your cooking it.
