One of my coworkers found out a few weeks ago that he drew the boulder LE muzzy elk tag. He put in as a long shot and to his suprise drew it! Needless to say he is thrilled especially since it is an area he has never been and is excited to learn some new country! And suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated!
