Tried taking a picture while stirring too. Doesn't work, like patting your head and rubbing your belly - almost dropped the phone in the roux! Voila, white pepper gravy for the egg base on toast, and leftover on the fries.

Thanks for sharing. I tried gravy on French fries for the first time when I was 25 or so. I remember it being real good. It was in Washington D.C. and I never heard of such a dish before in my life. Northern AZ is behind when it comes to gravy on French fries.

Reminds me, need to make some more meatloaf or Salisbury steak. Brown gravy on the fries too!!!
