The CA big game digest states that new for 2020 it is OK to carry while archery hunting for big game. EXCEPT DEER? Why not for deer hunting?
Non lead is also now required statewide when taking wildlife. So when I am bow hunting for my Bighorn Sheep this year and then decide to carry a handgun. If I need to use the handgun as protection against wildlife I guess I better have non lead ammo or I will be breaking the law. If I only need to use the handgun as protection from a human I can use a regular lead bullet?
