The Machete is a fixed blade knife and may be carried in open view.
You can't carry a long gun loaded or unloaded
Mace or pepper spray must be limited to 2.5 ounces in California

Machete is legal. Open carry in California is not. Pepper spray of that many oz is also not legal.
