Imagine if the two corners in question were owned by another private party and the roles were reversed. Would Mr. Eshelman think it was fair that he couldn't move from one piece of his property to the next?

Wyoming statute gives the private landowner guaranteed access to their property.

Too bad lawmakers can't seem to do that for the public.
 
Hilarious. He stated hunters will be out with high power rifles without informing the ranch and hunters will reach more public land beyond.

This guy really thinks he owns that property.

What I learned is I guess next time I am on public land I should let all private land owners near know I am in the hills being all willy nilly.

Would he be ok with me crossing if I agreed to only use my low-powered rifles? What about a bow? What about just hiking or camping?

I got to thinking with the pitchfork ranch for sale at 67 million I think I am going to offer just a couple million. All that public access and land next to the ranch it's not worth 67 million

If I'm reading this correctly, if a checkerboard piece of Mr. Eschleman's property was checkerboarded by another private landowner, Wyoming law allows him to pass "within the air space" above the private property to access his property. Correct? Interesting.

Where did I say anything about air space?
Deeded owners are allowed a "private road" to access their property. If the adjoining landowner won't give it, the court will force it.
