Capped Elk General Tags - Online portal

Has anybody heard if the resident capped general elk tags are going to be sold with the same online “get a number” system like the nonresident general elk tags were? You know the online one that had all the non residents in a tizzy...

That is the system Idaho has now, will demand be as high? Are 10,000 people all going to be trying to log in to buy their elk tags at the same time? Only time will tell. If 10,000 of us all tried to log in and buy sportsman’s packages at this exact moment the virtual waiting room would come into play, it’s possible the number of residents who will visit brick and mortar vendors will be enough to eliminate the virtual waiting room or at least significantly lessen the wait times
