Carne Guisada tonight

Quick and easy tonight. What a great dish to make with any cubed meat. I used beef bottom round for this because they were on an awesome sale, but venison is great too. Either slow cooker or Insta-Pot for 30 minutes like I did. Not to be confused with Carne Asada, this is tender meat in a thick hearty gravy. Went great with tortillas, rice, and beans.
