Chicken-Fried Whitetail w/ Pan Gravy

Finished processing my deer from Wyoming, and saved some good round steaks to pound out and cook. Started with half-inch thick, pounded out thin and tenderized, and fast fried them in seasoned flour and a little Panko. Pan gravy, Tabasco, Fettuccine Alfredo, and mixed veggies. "Mmmmm Good!!!

Possibly the leftovers as CFS sandwiches may have been even better. Fresh bakery rolls, dressed on both sides with gravy and Tabasco, and warmed up. As Ricky Bobby would say - "Sweet Baby Jesus, that is good!!!"
