Finished processing my deer from Wyoming, and saved some good round steaks to pound out and cook. Started with half-inch thick, pounded out thin and tenderized, and fast fried them in seasoned flour and a little Panko. Pan gravy, Tabasco, Fettuccine Alfredo, and mixed veggies. "Mmmmm Good!!!
