Chicken Kabobs, Roasted Spuds, And Salad

Wife had to take off all day with a girl friend. MIL duties kept me around the house, so played in the kitchen. Marinated some chicken kabobs, half in sweet BBQ and other half as lemon herb. Roasted baby reds and golds in EVOO, rosemary, garlic powder, and S&P. Basic lettuce salad. Since I was firing up the oven anyway for the spuds, I shelled a bunch of pecans and built a pie. Finally got a pretty one to turn out!!

Is pecan pie considered "diet food", if you skip the ice cream? Never mind, wouldn't feel right somehow!!
