Carb loading tonight, at the request of the wife. She spent an extra hour at Planet Fitness this morning!
Filleted and slivered chicken breasts, pan fried in flour and then the pan was de-glazed of goodness with white wine. Melted butter, capers, diced sun-dried tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, lemon zest and juice. S&P, garlic, onion powder.
If it was September, we'd be making this out of Blue grouse, instead of chicken!!!
