Greetings fellow believers, I know many on MM are devoted Christ followers. Jesus Christ changed my life dramatically in 1997 , I'm reaching out to you all asking you to support a program I stumbled across recently. It is called Limitless Outdoors and is shown Friday's 10:00 mst on Pursuit Network ( 604 on Directv) , these young men are on fire for the Lord. The Gospel is shared every episode and in a way that will reach many of those who are lost. I've been hungry to support a ministry that coincided with my passion for hunting . This is it guys!!!! Check out their website (limitlessoutdoors .com ) as well , they will unabashfully preach Salvation in Jesus and Jesus alone.

I think it’s only fair if Politics are kept off this site, Religion should be too. Both are firestarters for fights, for and against. Funny though, both topics usually bring out one’s true colors. Entertaining for sure.

I can't believe how many people want to limit the ability of others to share their thoughts with others. Founder banned political posts on this site, now you want to ban someone that posted about a Christian hunting site. Next thing you know we will have anti hunting people on our site demanding we ban any post on hunting. Be careful on what you want to limit because we will no longer to freely express anything.

Founder banned Politics because of the infighting. If you don’t think Religion does the same thing, you are wrong. I don’t think either should be banned. I have had my own comments removed in the Politics topics and I don’t feel that is right. I am simply pointing out the hypocrisy of allowing religious posts which may offend just as much as political posts.

If someone wants to believe in make believe gods that’s fine, find a religious forum to go talk about it. I’m fine with this thread because it’s actually about some weirdo’s hunting show. This is probably the first time a religious thread has been made here that was hunting related.

What does it matter? I am more against founder shutting down politics than seeing something of religion on here. In the time we are in with all this divisiveness why can't people learn to read and reply if you like it, or skip over because it isn't your cup of tea ?
I think it is time for everyone to enjoy or ignore . Everyone has made mistakes with things said negative. Why not help each other to raise the bar ?

So, there are true gods to believe in then?

It's all fun and games until you realize our very Constitutional Rights are enshrined in the belief of a Creator. Think there is even reference to that in some founding document that spills over to the very activity of hunting.

So, without belief in a creator, this means you don't get to have the same rights as everyone else, which means nothing is guaranteed for you either...

Jb1975,

That's actually not hypocrisy. You may not like it. It may represent a conflict but by definition it isn't hypocrisy.

I like Limitless Oudoors and Billy Molls too. Not afraid to praise the Almighty, but the first time I caught it I was thrown a bit because to me, it seemed out of the blue. Don't mind it at all now.

Great videos, hard hunters. I don't find them weird at all, they just happen to outwardly praise the Lord.

It's a hunting show. That's pertinent to this forum. You cancel culture activists can go ahead and just move along. Geez, the guy likes the show and message. In this f'd up world, that is refreshing. The atheists spend more time arguing their secular views than the Christians do their faith. Move along.

Just stirring things up like you...

Yes, there are gods. It depends on what you put your trust in. For some, it's gov't. While for others it's a movement, club, or anything else that makes you tick.

Your choice to not believe in a god is the very tenet of Freedom of Religion...

Look guys, though I have more than once throw out provocative comments regarding politics, it was NOT my intent to do that here. All of us have choices ( praying that freedom isn't taken away) , I chose to support things im of like mind with, I support the ministry of Limitless Outdoors. In my years of hunting ( especially bow hunters) I've found the majority to also be Christian's. Maybe its the fact that many of us have great times of fellowship with The Lord in the woods that He Created, scripture tells us that we will see Him in His Creation. I only wanted to point other believers that hunt to this program if they weren't aware of it. Guys like SS attack the Gospel rather than moving to the next topic in Campfire, Jesus told us about these things. Truthfully I brush his attacks off as its not me in SS cross hair, its Jesus. Anyway please support these young men if you can. Just watched them harvest 2 bears and 2 wolves up in Northern Idaho. Pretty cool footage. Sorry if I put the wrong website out, I was doing it by memory....needless to say thats fading.

If religious battles turn as nasty as political battles did, I’ll deal with it the same. I don’t want the battles on this site. Call it whatever you want....hypocrisy, whatever. If I end up having to referee a bunch crappy name calling and fights and PM’s from bellyachers, then things change.
This is a hunting site. Not a site to fight over politics, religion or whatever people can find to fight over.
I understand that some think I should just deal with it and do a job I don’t want to, but I don’t need money bad enough to do that. I don’t think I’d ever need money bad enough to do that.
I don’t think religion needs to be a topic here, but this thread I’m not seeing an issue with, so it lives. But if the battles begin, then I’m likely to say “no more religious stuff”, because I don’t want battles here.

Then the discussion(s) about legislation that affects some of the forums on this site should be shut down first and foremost as the legislation that affects these forums are rooted in both politics and religion.

You'd be better off to have a bulletin board for people to post a "heads up" on pending legislation with no ability to post public comment...

Lets cancel this post and demand a new forum called Christian Comments. Works for me! Oh, and bring back the Political Forum. It was a hoot!

It's great that you've found a ministry to support, one that coincides with your religious beliefs. Don't let some of the guys on here try to pull you down. If this show inspires you and relates to what you want to pass down as a hunter, then feel free to express it. I think hunting is a great way for us to "get away" and indulge ourselves in something much larger than us, for some that is God.

It's a brilliant hustle. If I believed in Gods I would definitely get in on some of this action. All you have to do is become an ordained minister online and then register your church with the IRS. As long as you shout hallelujah after you pull the trigger and post it on YouTube, every hunting trip becomes a tax write off for your 'ministry'.

Um. SFW just auctioned off a ton of LE tags. Dudes dropping 5 and 6 figures for them. Every one of them will be written off on taxes.

I cant decide why dudes get so damn butt hurt. I dont like tomatoes on my burger, but I dont scream and yell about the cook who offered them.

Religious people offering thanks to god, or blessings on another aint hurting no one.

As hunters we need folks in our scene in media to present what we do accurately and honestly. If these boys do that, good on them.

I know you own a drywall business but there's very few CPA's that agree with attempting to write off raffle tags.

Always get a good chuckle when people talk about write offs.

Serveme, there are many fine Christians on here. All you ever needed to do to identify them is look at the old Political forum or watch some of the posts here before they are deleted and you'll see what fine Christians frequent the site. But you already know that.

SS- Everything can be a write off. Our CPA told us we couldn't write off our travel softball costs. So, the following year, we didn't tell him those travel costs were for softball....it was for our real estate business. Wrote every dime off.

Pretty sure your not trying to imply the negativity on political issues rest in only Christians, im sure you .....oh never mind . I'll let the MM faithful decipher your intent in your post. Want to keep this about support for Limitless Outdoors, and yes Christians you can add your giving to Limitless Outdoors to the other charitable giving you do, my wife and I choose to give monthly.

You dont think oil dudes who spend $300k to explore oil on AI might be drawing attention?
Maybe so but we are low hanging fruit and that amount 300K is more like 300 Million. Either way it is just like hunting spots you tell everyone on the internet how great the hunting is in certain zones and then the next year you are surprised to see so many new people.

The point I was trying to make is you don't know who is reading these posts and WHO they work for. just sayin

The problem with this nation is religion is politics . you can't have a discussion about either without involving the other. not what the founding fathers intended but here we are.

Why do you need a religious hunters group ? we had that long before any of you showed up with imported superstitions. god was Wakan Tanka, Skookum, depended on the tribe but it always came back to one thing, nature was god. if you want to bring religion into hunting that's the real deal.

Just don't let your christian hunters group turn out like other christian groups such as the Proud boys, Q-ANON or the KKK and MAGA. we don't need our fish and game departments taken over and trashed.

Keep at it with FB, IG and Twitter, Tog...they got you believing everything they want you to.

Gee, and here I expected someone to agree with me. HA!

You want to argue Q-ANON , The Oath Keepers , the KKK and most of the other white supremacist organizations aren't christian groups ? and all these groups make up MAGA . lie to me, lets here how these aren't christian groups this will be fun .

god should be spelled God ? no not as far as I'm concerned. but you do have a point , in other fictional books like Dr. Seuss the character Dr. Seuss is always capitalized.

Point is , why do you have to be a " christian " hunter ? do you want to exclude non-christians or is it so the rest of us know you're superior ? maybe I'll become a muslim and start a " muslim " hunters group I'll bet Flanders will love that.

I wonder where "people of color" and who are Catholics fit in the whole racist narrative that folks who support the president as he looks out for our best interests as a country? My square-a$$ does not fit a round hole and the one-size-fits-all crap coming at me (and PLENTY of others I know) just doesn't makes sense.

FYI - I don't identify as a Christian hunter, just a hunter--an American hunter who agrees with President Trump looking out for us as a whole and helped expand our hunting rights!

If jesus was around today he would be a member of PETA. Fact.

Fact? Meat was on the diet back then, although expensive. Jesus most certainly partook. Furthermore, there are multiple references to hunting.
"And God blessed them, and God said unto them, "Grow and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fishes of the sea, and over the fowls of the air, and over all the beasts that move on the earth."

"Take your hunting gear, your quiver and bow, and go out in the field to hunt some game for me."

Et al

The reason the G is capitalized is because it is a name or something of relevance....similar to capitalizing "America", "Ford" or "Togwotee" as you have your name.

I think there has been serious delusion on why those groups are called "Christian". I believe that goes back to the 1940's and 1950's so how can you put MAGA in that group seeing how it's only been around 4.5 years? Groups are given a negative connotation by listed as a "Christian" group these days.

I know god is supposed to be capitalized, I just don't care.

If the group identifies as a christian group and 99% of the members are christians how would that not make it a christian group ? they are as christian as the black panthers are a black group. if not more so.

In the end this could prove entertaining. on the first camp out the Catholics will shoot it out with the Protestants. next the catholics and all the other side cults will shoot it out with the mormons, since the " real christans " have more disdain for mormons than you have for heathens like me. and of course everyone hates the catholics because they're the top dog. but hey in the end it will all work out fine I'm sure, just like it has in the middle east . enjoy your new club.

On a lighter note, a bill in the NM legislative session that would have set things in motion to hurt hunting was tabled today.

All the sportsmen in opposition of crybaby orgs like Sierra Klub telling the state how to manage wildlife pulled together and contacted those on committee to oppose it.

And we didn't even have to debate 1st Amendment Rights...

Bobcat try something new. crackheads making fun of people who don't shreek at the sight of alcohol doesn't play that well after 15 years. .

I'll pass on the blankets, but nice racial jab there and historically accurate as well since we're talking christians.

Okay, if it's a mormon hunting group you want bluehair then call it that. fair enough I like mormons a hell of a lot better than drop 'n flops. I think you're all crazy but some are more obnoxious than others.

Most of my family are catholic since that's what the missionaries jammed down their throats generations ago and I know what they think of other " christians " . and in all fairness the hatred is returned by most evangelical cultists I know so that keeps it equally destructive. maybe that's why I find the idea of a general " christian " anything so comical.

But that's what makes America great. we can all wordship whatever imaginary friend we desire and nobody can stop you. or even worship nothing which is the fastest growing segment in the nation. proof evolution is still at work , it's all good.

Yup , he is back. Its been this way with him for many years. As I stated earlier to my Christian brothers on MM, dont take his attacks personally ( I'm a hypocrite here ) , his cross hairs aren't on us as we speak about our faith, they are aimed at Jesus and the Gospel message. For the 3rd time , my purpose in the thread is to support Limitless Outdoors, tell your buddies who are not on MM.

Its pretty telling that (Tog/Dude/440/6pack etc) same guy a rich farmer from Oregon takes this topic about a Christian hunting program to resurface with tongue ablaze . Its so unfortunate.

Stop trying to find ways to push your religion here. Never trust a system where if you do something horrible all you do is go in dark room, tell another dude and then say some weird ass chants and all is forgiven.

Let’s make a deal, you stop bringing god up and I’ll stop busting your balls about priests fondling little boys in the name of god. Deal?

That’s the neat thing about posting one’s views on an open forum. You have to be ready to hear both sides. You may not like Tog or SS’s opinion of your post, but you have no right to ask Founder to “curtail” them.
As I said in my original post here, this is what you get when you post “religious” topics or ideas. Same as political. Both cause people to passionately express their position for or against, hence the untold number of deaths both have caused in the history of the world.

Until some purposefully post on a thread with intent to derail its purpose. Choosing to believe in whatever you wish is an inherent right, but to sneer and jeer at those who believe they are held accountable for their actions by a higher power, which define the very tenets of a civil society and the reason a civil society has laws to begin with, is what is really taboo and not the discussion itself.

Both Catholics and Mormons believe in the same God just a difference of opinion on when Jesus was here. I have no disdain for Mormons and I grew up Catholic in Utah.
We are both Christians period.

The Limitless folks consistently take some great animals. Just this last week, his 12 y/o daughter smoked a fatty buck then followed up with a nice bull elk with little bro there to witness. Really cool when she downed him and turned to her Pop and reacted.

And the Colorado videos this year were very cool (fatty buck and couple bulls) but last year they doubled up on smoker bulls.

I'm jealous of folks who have stock, but not hatin'. I backcountry hunt, just don't have horses. Still great videos.

Togpotee Told us for Years there is No God!

I Told Him the Choices Were These if You Don't Believe in God:

You Must have Evolved From Slime?

Or You Evolved from a Monkey?

He's Never Let us know Which one He Figures it is?

You Figured it out yet 440?
